Bees are important because they pollinate the flowers of many plant species. The urban landscape is one of the only places left for bees to thrive. Monoculture, pesticide applications, and a lack of natural habitat are contributing the decline of local bee populations across the globe. We hope to save as many bees as possible while educating people of their significance. Help us protect the bee population so they can thrive long after we’re gone.
Our approach is simple. We want to perform live removals as often as possible. Once removed, we’ll get to work nursing the hive to full strength so they can get to work providing for mother nature.
A bee removal takes place when our bee keepers are able to manually remove the bees with their comb. Some removals may require special equipment or opening parts of structure to expose the hive. Either way we have the right tools to complete the job with minimal stress on the colony.
Occasionally bees will make their homes in hard to reach places. Tree notches, concrete walls, and roof tiles are a few places that require a “trap out”. In order to remove the bees from these locations, we will custom build a funnel they can exit but not re-enter. We then lure the excluded bees into a box where they will be given a queen and then relocated. We then seal up the openings the bees used to get into the hard to reach location so future bees don’t end up repopulating that location.
Part of our mission is to create more beekeepers. What better wat than to own a bee box of your own! Our Adopt A Bee program is a subscription service where we install and maintain a bee box on your property. You can choose to be hands off and have us provide a full service where we manage pests, disease and process the honey and wax. You can also choose to be hands on! Suit up while we perform hive checks and we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know to become a backyard bee keeper!
We sell super healthy bee hives to homesteaders, nurseries, and backyard bee keepers. Each bee hive we remove is nursed to optimal health and relocated to places where they’ll be well kept.

Technically yes, but it’s not something we recommend because when a nest is threatened, bees often attack in swarms. If you insist on removing a nest on your own, we recommend that you follow standard safety procedures, use a bee suit, and proceed with caution.
Yes! For roughly 24 hours, you will see foraging bees return to their nest which is no longer there. They may be irritated, so we recommend staying away from the recently treated area until they’re no longer present.
Bees leave behind a scent that attracts other bees to the area. So after you remove a hive, you must clean the area with a strong disinfectant and seal the openings with a caulking compound. The team at GorillaDesk can handle this entire process for you from start to finish. To schedule your bee removal service, please call 305-912-2376 today!

I had an emergency situation with spiders in my car in the middle of the day. After playing phone tag, being put on hold, and turned down by a few major pest control companies that don’t service cars… Chad and his team happily came out and resolved the issue within an hour.– Gourma L. I work on a yacht, which makes dealing with pests a bit more tricky. We have delicate surfaces that we deal with, a bacteria biome in our tanks, and of course, many people with chemical sensitivities. Chad came out and helped us not only treat our fruit fly infestation, but he gave us many tips to prevent other kind of pest outbreaks.– Walkyria W. Being that we are baby and furbaby friendly, we looked for a pest control company who was trusted and used great (organic) products. The ants are gone and my mom and dad are so thankful! Thank you Daniel, Chad, and Alyssa for outstanding customer service and for helping my parents out!– Jess I.
