When it’s mosquito season in Miami, FL, it’s tempting to hide inside. Mosquitoes ruin the warmer months and expose your family to dangerous diseases like Zika and West Nile Virus. Luckily, Natural Resources Pest Control can help! Our mosquito control service is more than a deterrent or repellent, it’s a killer that eliminates these blood-sucking pests for good.
We know mosquitoes are, hands down, the most annoying outdoor pest in South Florida. That is why we spent the time and energy developing the safest and most effective mosquito control service possible. Our mosquito control service starts with a thorough inspection of your property by a highly-trained technician on our team. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll provide you with a treatment plan that’s right for you. Our goal is to spot conditions conducive to their existence, tackle current infestations, and break the breeding cycle so you can enjoy your yard. That’s why, unlike our competition, we use not one, not two, but THREE modes of control.
We apply a proprietary combination of essential oils to the perimeter of your property, creating a barrier that kills mosquitoes on contact and discourages them from crossing over into your outdoor space. We also treat the entire lawn and all the nonflowering plants on the property. Even though our nontoxic mosquitocide is safe for pollinators, we avoid flowering plants that may interfere with any pollination processes. We love bees and butterflies!
As an add-on to our misting application, we can install and maintain the most innovative and effective mosquito control trap on the market, the In2Care Trap.
The In2Care mosquito trap lures and contaminates Aedes mosquitoes with a special slow-killing larvicide and lets them spread this larvicide to other breeding sites (which are often hard to find and treat) so that mosquito larvae are not only killed inside the trap but also in its vicinity. This larvicide only kills mosquito larva and is completely harmless to other insects and animals. The larvicide, combined with a biological fungal adulticide, kills the contaminated female mosquito after a few days to prevent her from transmitting any viruses like Dengue or Zika virus.
In this way, the product kills the mosquitoes and their offspring, so that populations are reduced and disease transmission risks are lowered significantly. One trap provides coverage for up to 4,000 square feet. To learn more, click this link to watch a short 3-minute long video. https://www.in2care.org/videos/
That’s right, bacteria! We apply a special strain of bacteria known as BTI or Bacillus Thuringiensis v. Israelensis. Good luck saying that three times fast. This strain of bacteria is applied as a dissolvable granular to gardens, flower pots, bromeliads, birdbaths, and anywhere standing water could become a breeding site for mosquitos on your property. Not only does this bacteria feed on mosquito larvae, but it also feeds on fungus gnat and black fly larvae. We even apply them to indoor plants to help control fungus gnat larvae found in the soil of most house plants.
There you have it. Three of the most effective mosquito control methods are packaged perfectly in the most eco friendly service on the market. Safe for children, pets, pollinators, and our little blue planet.
We’re passionate about helping people just like you get rid of unwanted pest problems. As such, we are proud to be the only pest control company in Miami, FL promising excellence in value, service, and trust.
They can be! Mosquitoes are known as one of the most dangerous pests and for a good reason. Some species transmit insect-borne diseases like Zika, West Nile Virus, and Chikungunya. But you don’t need to worry; our mosquito control service targets these blood-suckers, so they don’t target you. To schedule your first service, please call 321-450-7565 today!
Our mosquito control service lasts 3-4 weeks on average. Of course, this depends on how often it rains and which treatment option you choose: our synthetic option lasts much longer than the eco-friendly alternative. So we recommend scheduling your treatments every 21 days during the warmer months to protect your family from mosquitoes.
Yes! Our mosquito control service is performed by thoroughly trained technicians who follow standard safety protocols to ensure your family (and four-legged friends) are safe before, during, and after your service. We also use a specialized product around ponds, vegetable gardens, and flowering plants, so we don’t harm any aquatic life or pollinators.
After we spray your yard for mosquitoes, you need to ensure the product is completely dry before going outside. Depending on a variety of factors, like outdoor temperatures and humidity, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes. After this period, it is safe for you and your family to enjoy your deck, pool, and yard again.
We know how annoying mosquitoes can be, so we do our best to treat homes in our service area within 24 hours. We can spray your yard once for a special event or on an ongoing basis for long-term protection. To schedule your mosquito control service, please call 321-450-7565 today!
Yes. The mosquito misting service also eliminates fleas and ticks.
Our same day rain guarantee – We realize the weather in South Florida can go from “perfect day for the beach” to “lets go kayaking in the streets” without any warning. This is why we offer a same day rain guarantee. If it rains at your home after we’ve completed a mosquito control service, let us know and we’ll happily return an additional application at no extra cost to you.
I had an emergency situation with spiders in my car in the middle of the day. After playing phone tag, being put on hold, and turned down by a few major pest control companies that don’t service cars… Chad and his team happily came out and resolved the issue within an hour.– Gourma L. I work on a yacht, which makes dealing with pests a bit more tricky. We have delicate surfaces that we deal with, a bacteria biome in our tanks, and of course, many people with chemical sensitivities. Chad came out and helped us not only treat our fruit fly infestation, but he gave us many tips to prevent other kind of pest outbreaks.– Walkyria W. Being that we are baby and furbaby friendly, we looked for a pest control company who was trusted and used great (organic) products. The ants are gone and my mom and dad are so thankful! Thank you Daniel, Chad, and Alyssa for outstanding customer service and for helping my parents out!– Jess I.
